What You’ll Do * Lead all phases of enterprise software implementation projects, from initiation and planning through delivery, testing, go-live, and handover to Support. * Act as a trusted partner to customer stakeholders, driving projects to successful outcomes. * Manage multiple concurrent projects, typically between three and eight, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.



* Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and challenges, implementing effective mitigation strategies. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal delivery teams, and senior stakeholders across Europe. * Motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and resolving issues to keep projects on track. What We’re Looking For * 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software or professional services. * Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale implementation projects. * Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid). * PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (or willingness to obtain). * Fluent in English and French (Spanish fluency is a big plus) Skills and Certifications * Passionate about technology and delivering value to customers * Confident
