Задачи: * Define the roadmap for future years with Game Leadership, aligning the game’s vision with commercial targets * Drive a high-performance Live Operations strategy focused on data-driven growth and operational efficiency * Continuously optimize events and offers to maximize LTV and ARPU * Streamline workflows and automate processes to reduce production times and costs * Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new monetization systems from conceptual design to post-launch optimization * Audit existing monetization systems for untapped potential * Lead hypothesis-driven development through A/B testing, deep-dive data analysis,
