In everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people – our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet. as a Technical Product Expert on our team, you will: - Provide technical support and assistance to customers via e-mail and phone. - Addresses, responds and resolves to customer inquiries on products and services, including installation, operational functions, troubleshooting and maintenance. - Provide response in a timely manner to customers queries and focuses on building close long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities & Tasks - Delivers training to OEM´s and assemblers as per request and business needs. - Deploys high level knowledge in the market and collect information for corrective action & improvement. - Takes control of OEM´s claim by escalating to key company areas if necessary. - Coordinates with Supply Chain department for parts pick-ups and replacement shipments. - Guides customers through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include use of diagnostic tools and software and/or following verbal instructions.



- Consults with users to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem. - Prepares customer reports to track progress on improvement actions - Performs other related duties as assigned.
