Your Profile * Master's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Neurology Science, Biology Science, Human Medicine or Public Health. * Advanced knowledge of MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Excellent English and Spanish skills in written and spoken language. * Ability to multi-task, attention to detail. * Experience with scholarly publishing is beneficial.
