Main Purpose of Role * The Junior Technical Training Specialist -is a crucial role, responsible for, development and delivery of technical training programs for Medical device segment employees.



* This role is ensuring that Medical device segment employees are supported in acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge for effective conformity assessments in the ever-evolving landscape of medical device regulations. Key Accountabilities * Training Course Preparation: Support the Training team in the preparation and maintenance of core training courses related to medical devices, & MDR/IVDR/ISO13485/MDSAP. This includes conversion of raw training material into e-learning modules, leveraging your own technical knowledge and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure all content is highly effective and meets defined learning outcomes. * Routine administration support to competence and training team including but not limited to training certificates management, enrolments, training records upload into CAPCAP and collaboration with CV reviewers. * Peer Reviews and Assessments: Assist the Training team in cond
