Responsibilities
- Lead statistical projects independently and conduct team meetings to maintain timelines and budgets
- Develop statistical analysis plans, database specifications, and create formatted analysis tables
- Perform sample size calculations, review protocols, and provide randomization schemes
- Program and validate statistical tables; oversee and mentor junior team members on their work
- Interact with project sponsors, coordinate with programmers and data management, and review reports for statistical methods

Requirements
- Master's degree in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in biostatistics or comparable statistical work
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and programming for clinical data
- Experience leading project teams and managing budgets
- Knowledge of statistical protocols, randomization, and study design
