Ardora III-V in Vigo, Spain, seeks a Senior Process Engineer to drive epitaxy process performance across GaN, InP and GaAs. You will lead development, transfer and sustained operations to deliver quality, yield and on-time delivery in a collaborative technology environment.
You’ll design and execute DOE plans, qualify recipes, perform root-cause analysis, document results and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while collaborating with technology, device engineering and production teams.
