Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical oversight for the development team, guiding technical decisions and ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Drive delivery by planning, prioritizing, and pushing initiatives through to completion while proactively removing blockers.
- Own platform compliance, ensuring GxP requirements are understood and met across the team's work.
- Support and help coordinate incident management activities, including response, resolution, and follow-up actions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and Product Owners, translating business requirements into technical plans and setting realistic expectations.

- Senior-level technical leader with proven experience leading development teams (3+ years in leadership roles).
- Strong track record of successfully driving project delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with business partners, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams.
- Solid technical background with working knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
- Ability to engage with technical discussions, perform technical reviews, and guide engineering teams without being involved in day-to-day coding activities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent English.
