About This Role The role of a Privacy Counsel at Euronet involves supporting legal and strategic guidance on data protection and privacy compliance across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities * Support the Privacy Office and EU business teams by providing basic data protection and privacy guidance, under supervision, to help manage privacy risks and support business needs. * Assist with drafting and reviewing Data Privacy and Data Transfer Agreements in cooperation with local internal counsel and support negotiations with third parties. * Support Privacy Consultants in addressing local regulatory requirements and day‑to‑day compliance topics. * Assist in the preparation and review of Data Privacy Notices and Cookie Notices for company websites and applications. * Support documentation of data processing activities, including identifying lawful b
