Mission
Support the audit, setup, maintenance, and documentation of our testing environments across critical systems, while helping the team move toward a more structured and scalable approach to quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
Test Environment Setup & Maintenance
- Audit and configure stable test environments across OBTs (Cytric, Concur, Goelett...), Amadeus GDS, Back-office, and Profile Management systems
- Ensure environments reflect production setup and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies
Documentation Development
- Create and maintain clear documentation (configuration guides, test scenarios, setup procedures, troubleshooting playbooks)
- Centralize all knowl
