We're partnering with a highly successful general DTC consumer brand to appoint a Director of Performance Marketing. Reporting closely to the founder and working alongside the CFO, you will take ownership of customer acquisition and performance marketing globally.

Own a $60m+ annual paid media budget

Lead a 15–20 person performance and creative organisation

Reduce reliance on Meta and develop channels including TikTok and Amazon

Build the structure, processes and team required for the next stage of growth

We're looking for a proven DTC performance marketing operator rather than a traditional corporate marketing leader.

Personally managed significant eight-figure annual paid media budgets

Deep expertise in Meta and direct-response performance marketing

Strong understanding of creative testing, hooks, offers and landing pages

A track record of improving acquisition performance when growth has plateaued

This is a highly visible role with significant autonomy, budget and influence.
