Job Description Summary The Product Manager will own and evolve key areas of SpherePX, with a particular focus on AI-enabled care pathways and personalized digital health experiences. The role combines product management, healthcare, AI, behavioral insights, UX, and data to create solutions that improve patient and healthcare professional experiences while operating safely within a regulated environment.

An experienced Product Manager with 10+ years of experience building complex digital products, strong systems thinking, UX and analytical skills, and experience with AI-powered and personalized user experiences. Healthcare/digital health experience, behavioral science expertise, and experience working in regulated environments such as MedTech or SaMD are strong advantages.

This is an end-to-end digital health Product Manager role at the intersection of AI, patient experience, behavioral science, and regulated healthcare,
