We're looking for a passionate, Spanish-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our teamAbout the roleIdentify and reach out to high-potential Spanish B2B prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn and other outbound prospecting channelsQualify leads by uncovering their needs, budget and decision-making process, then hand off sales-ready opportunities to the Account ExecutivesAct as an expert on the Enginy AI platform, demonstrating its value in optimizing prospecting workflows for Spanish companiesCollaborate with the Marketing team to refine messaging, sequences and campaigns tailored to the Spanish marketTrack and report key metrics (e.G. outreach volume, reply rates, SQL conversion) to continuously improve prospecting effectivenessGather market intelligence (competitor activity, industry-specific challenges) and share those insights with Product and the go-to-market strategyMust-haves:Languages: Advanced English and native Spanish.1 year of proven experience as a B2B SDR or in outbound sales,
