KWS Vegetables is looking for a Technical Sales Representative to strengthen our commercial growth across Murcia, La Mancha and northern Almería, with the position based in Murcia. We are looking for someone with strong agronomic knowledge, experience in the vegetable seed industry and an established network in the region, particularly within open-field crops such as melon and watermelon. In this new, permanent, full-time position, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the growth of KWS Vegetables and the development of our business in the region.Your key responsibilitiesManage and develop the customer portfolio within the assigned territory, building strong and long-term commercial relationshipsDrive sales, margins and market share for our varieties by identifying new business opportunities and customer needsMaintain close relationships with growers, produce companies, distributors and other relevant stakeholders in the marketProvide technical advice to customers on our varieties and crop management,
