The Email Marketing Specialist will carry out the following tasks, including:- Daily email marketing, coordination, creation, and execution of campaigns- Daily work with data management systems, technical platforms, AI tools- Analysis and optimization of email campaign performance (statistics, reports, etc.)- Coordination with sales, recruitment, and marketing teams to ensure that email- campaigns for events and programs are communicated effectively worldwide.- Solid knowledge about best practices of email and GDPR compliance- Email marketing projects as needed, including redesigning HTML templates, email- channel/industry improvements & updates, creative & design improvements, etc.- Occasional coordination with agencies for creative and technical projects
