You'll govern how building services are operated and maintained across the region, providing crucial technical expertise while steering performance against global standards.



You will work in close relationship with the individual Location Operations Managers and exchange with the SME's from other regions.Key Responsibilities:Plan and track maintenance deliveryacross the portfolio, ensuring work is properly scheduled, delivered, and reported while maintaining current asset inventory and maintenance plansEnsure operational reliabilityof Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and other critical infrastructure to keep building services running safelyDrive technical and regulatory complianceby supporting Location Operations Managers with standards implementation and maintaining audit-ready documentationManage high-risk workincluding shutdowns, power-downs, and business-critical interventions with disciplined change control and stakeholder coordinationOwn asset and maintenance data governancein the IWMS/Asset & Maintenance Management platform, defining clear rules for creation, updates, and validationCoordinate building IoT/OT operationsincluding BMS control
