Marketing, IT, sales and customer care work as a single team, sharing information, goals and responsibility for the customer experience.Your missionGuide clients in using Heverse, making sure that their journey, from first contact to project request through to order confirmation, is tracked by the platform and supported promptly.Leads are acquired through digital marketing strategies and collected automatically by the platform. Your job will be to understand their needs, help them move forward, recognize any difficulties, and step in to turn interest into an informed choice and a sale.Your sales ability will show through listening,



consulting, using data, and mastering digital and AI tools.
