As aCollections Specialist,you will perform any task related to maximizing collections and minimizing bad debt risk.Key ResponsibilitiesReviewing open accounts for collection effortsConduct collection calls to collect Accounts ReceivablesMail correspondence to customers to encourage payment of overdue receivablesNegotiate customer disputes to resolution and documents root causeDevelop relationships with internal/external customersMaintain accurate collection filesIdentify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with the Credit ManagerReview and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reportsProvide timely follow-up on payment arrangementsParticipate in process improvement projects, and support other management directives as prescribedQualificationsBe native in French, high level of English and good level of SpanishEffective business writing and professional communication skillsDemonstrated effective customer service skills, preferably 1-2 years' experience in collections, including interaction with a large customer baseStrong communication,
