collaborative interactions communication and support of individuals and team members at all times.- Provide input for the development and implementation of Ohio Individual Support Plans including documentation.- Ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of all individuals including all reporting and documenting per agency policy and procedure and regulatory requirements.- Perform medication administrative tasks, health related activities and documentation as required by DODD certification.- Demonstrates punctuality and dependability. May be required to work holidays and other shifts outside of your normal schedule.- Represents The Society with a professional attitude and positive intention while promoting effective internal and external relationships, communication and advocacy.
