The team supports a growing network of veterinary hospitals and clinics across Europe, partnering closely with operational leaders,



practice teams, and specialist functions to create safe, compliant, and high-performing workplaces. This role has a broad geographic scope and offers the opportunity to influence strategy while working collaboratively across multiple business functions.What we're looking for8+ years of experience in a multi-site health and safety role, ideally across complex or geographically dispersed organizations.Native-level Spanish language proficiency (written and spoken) alongside fluent business English .Ability to travel approximately 20% of the timeacross Central Europe, with a regular presence in the Madrid office.NEBOSH National Diploma (or equivalent) and Tech IOSH membership.Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage leaders and turn priorities into action.Nice to have: Additional NEBOSH Fire, CDM, or equivalent qualification.What
