About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Digital Account Manager
– Client Services to manage end-to-end digitaladvertising campaigns across a multi-platform digital portfolio, including streaming services, websites, mobileapplications, and social media platforms. The adecuado candidate will have strong expertise in digital media planning, campaign management, adoperations, digital video, Connected TV (CTV), and programmatic advertising. The candidate will collaboratewith Sales teams, advertisers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to develop effective media plans, ensureseamless campaign execution, maximize revenue delivery,



and provide exceptional client service. The role also requires functional leadership, mentoring team members, resolving complex campaignchallenges, and driving operational efficiencies across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sale guidance, technical requirements, and strategic planning for advertisingopportunities across TWDC’s on and off-platform digital portfolio
- Work with Sales and buyers to build and revise media plans that maximize revenue and meet clientobjectives
- Responsible for the collection, quality control review, and implementation of assets to ensure a timelyand accurate campaign launch
- Compile screen shots, provide reporting, execute creative swaps, and field all other client requestsduring campaign lifecycle
- Collaborate with Specialized Ops and Sales teams to troubleshoot and execute campaigns
