Field Support Representatives (L1)
to provide onsite IT support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain IT operations across office, manufacturing, laboratory, and data centre environments.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years in desk-side IT support

Key Skills Required
- Windows OS, MS Office, and business applications
- Desktop support, hardware/software installation, and troubleshooting
- IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break-fix support
- Laptop, desktop, mobile device, handheld scanner, and printer support
- Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, networks, telecom, and compute/storage
- IT asset lifecycle management, imaging, and system deployment
- Data collection and preservation for migrations or eDiscovery

Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user, desk-side, IMAC, and break-fix support.
- Build, stage, and image systems using standard client images.
- Support manufacturing shop-floor devices, laboratory equipment, scanners, tablets, and specialised PCs.
- Provide smart-hands support, rack-and-stack activities, and infrastructure commissioning/decommissioning assistance.
- Coordinate vendor access to communication rooms and data centres.
- Support planned power shutdowns and maintenance activities involving network devices and servers.
- Coordinate cable patching and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, voice, video conferencing, and printing services.
- Manage IT assets, including collection, labelling, imaging, allocation, recovery, secure storage, and disposal.
- Collaborate with internal teams and OEMs to resolve high-priority issues.
