Job Summary
The Graduate, Global Brand Partnerships & Content Operations will support the planning, execution, and deployment of partnership content programs across motorsports (F1, Nascar), football (RM + local partnerships), and Integral/market sponsorship activations. The role will provide operational support throughout the entire content lifecycle, from pre-production planning through post-production delivery and market deployment. This position is designed for a highly organized individual with a degree in sports marketing.

Responsibilities

Pre-Production Planning & Coordination
- Support content capture planning for global sponsorship events and productions.
- Maintain production timelines, shot lists, crew schedules, talent schedules, and logistics trackers.
- Coordinate with agencies, internal stakeholders, to ensure production readiness including HP tech supply.
- Assist in gathering creative briefs, production requirements, approval workflows, and event information.




- Prepare project documentation and status tracking tools for upcoming shoots.

Onsite Production Operations
- Provide operational support during content captures, filming days, customer events, and partnership activations.
- Coordinate talent movement, production schedules, interview timing, and crew logistics.
- Support agency partners with real-time issue resolution and schedule management.
- Track content captured against planned deliverables to ensure complete asset collection.
- Maintain production notes and action logs throughout the event.

Post-Production Management
- Manage content edit trackers and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate review cycles between agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Consolidate feedback and communicate edit requests to creative agencies.
- Track approvals, version control, and final asset delivery.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule through final production completion.
