We are looking for a
Senior SAP SuccessFactors Engineer
to join an international environment and take a key role in the ongoing support, optimisation and continuous improvement of the SuccessFactors platform across EMEA.

The position will have a strong focus on
Employee Central
, working across different SuccessFactors modules and collaborating closely with HR, Payroll, IT and other international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide functional support and resolve complex
SAP SuccessFactors / Employee Central
issues.
- Manage configuration changes, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support quarterly releases, testing and system updates.
- Work across areas such as
Employee Central, Time Off, Onboarding, Performance & Goals and Compensation
.
- Analyse functional and data issues affecting integrations with payroll, benefits and other corporate systems.
- Collaborate with international HR and technology teams across EMEA.
- Support best practices, documentation and platform governance.

What we are looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience with




SAP SuccessFactors
, particularly
Employee Central
.
- Experience in SuccessFactors support, BAU or application management environments.
- Knowledge of one or more additional modules such as
Time Management, Onboarding, Compensation or Performance & Goals
.
- Experience resolving complex functional issues and implementing configuration changes.
- Good understanding of SuccessFactors integrations and their impact on Payroll and HR processes.
- Experience working in international or multi-country environments is highly valued.
- SuccessFactors certification is desirable
, particularly Employee Central, but candidates with other certifications and strong functional experience will also be considered.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
