We are looking for a results-driven
IT & Systems Operations Project Manager

to take end-to-end ownership of our systems and infrastructure.

This is a hands-on position—not a passive role spent navigating bureaucracy or tracking issues for orphaned systems. You ensure system resilience at all times, handling everything from steady-state routine tasks to critical operational incidents with speed, autonomy, and technical clarity.

What You'll Do
- Manage daily IT and systems operations across the company, from resolving complex user requests to overseeing our IT budget.
- Take full ownership of our SaaS platforms, software licenses, hardware inventory, and overall system access.
- Lead network, cloud infrastructure, DNS, and email system management to ensure absolute reliability and security.
- Translate commercial and operational needs into practical technical solutions that keep the business moving.
- Manage external vendors and tech providers to complement our internal infrastructure and scale smoothly.

What You Bring:
- Education:





Degree in Computer Engineering or Higher Technical Certificate (CFGS) in Computer Systems.
- Experience:

At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing IT projects and systems operations, preferably in SaaS and startup environments.
- Technical Stack:

Proven expertise with Windows, iOS, Google Workspace, and administration of SaaS platforms.
- Infrastructure:

Solid working knowledge of networking, cloud technologies, DNS, and email infrastructure management.
- Mindset:

Startup resilience, comfort with uncertainty, fast decision-making skills, and full availability to handle operational challenges.
- Communication:

Fluency in both Spanish and English. English fluency must be B2 to C1 level, with the ability to explain technical decisions clearly.
