Your Challenge

As Global Video Lead, You Will
- Video Production:



Lead and actively contribute to video and motion graphics production across CTV, instream, and digital advertising formats.
- Quality & Standards: Define and maintain global creative and technical standards, ensuring consistent quality and SLA compliance.
- Workflow Coordination: Manage video requests, priorities, and deadlines alongside the Video Operations Coordinator.
- Vendor Management: Oversee external creative partners, including negotiations, quality control, and service delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Client Success, and regional teams to deliver creative solutions aligned with commercial needs.
- Operational Excellence: Improve production workflows, processes, and documentation to ensure efficiency and scalability.
