Your role

Lead, develop, and grow the company's business operations by defining and executing the local business strategy aligned with regional and integral objectives. Ensure sustainable revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement while maintaining full accountability for the country's commercial, financial, and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Business Management
- Define and implement the business strategy in line with corporate objectives and market opportunities.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, market share expansion, and business
- development.
- Hold full responsibility for the P&L;, budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, and resource allocation.
- Establish annual operating plans and monitor execution against strategic objectives and KPIs.
- Identify market targets, customer needs, and emerging business opportunities.
- Ensure effective governance, compliance, and risk management across all operations.




- Lead Business Review Meetings with the Division to regularly give an update about the development of the Business Line

Commercial Leadership
- Lead and oversee all sales and business development activities across the country.
- Ensure achievement of revenue targets, profitability objectives, and commercial KPIs.
- Develop strategic customer relationships and support key account management initiatives.
- Negotiate and oversee major commercial agreements, partnerships, and strategic contracts.
- Drive customer-centric initiatives to strengthen market position and competitive advantage.

Customer & Market Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, industry stakeholders, and relevant authorities.
- Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Represent the company in the local market and strengthen brand positioning.
