Job Summary:

The Technical Writer develops and maintains clear, standardized documentation supporting general Service Operations, Salesforce Service Cloud, service processes, applications, and operational programs. This role partners with technical and business teams to translate complex processes into usable documentation for internal teams, partners, and other stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):





• Develop SOPs, process guides, work instructions, knowledge articles, training references, and technical documentation.

• Document Salesforce Service Cloud workflows, applications, integrations, and operational processes.

• Partner with Service Operations, PMO, Application Development, Training, and subject matter experts to capture requirements and processes.

• Maintain documentation standards, templates, version control, and content governance.

• Convert complex technical information into concise, user-friendly content.

• Review and update documentation as systems and processes change.

• Support knowledge management and documentation readiness for new programs and system releases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• 5+ years of technical writing or documentation experience in technology, service operations, or enterprise applications.
