Position: Content Moderator with Danish Location: Hybrid, Qormi, Malta (office) AND remote from anywhere in Malta Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Review user-generated content (e.g. sales ads) - Support users and answer their questions via email - Respond to customer inquiries on all topics related to the online marketplace - Participate in regular training sessions to learn and maintain expert knowledge of publication rules, market trends and moderation best practices - Provide feedback to managers on trends,



common end-user mistakes and questions - Give an input on improvements of publication rules to improve user experiences - Follow communication procedures and policies - Evaluate and make decisions in accordance with defined policies and guidelines.
