What you'll do * Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions focused on Business Request Catalogues and ticketing processes * Build and enhance Service Portal components, widgets, and forms * Create and improve Script Includes, Business Rules, and Client Scripts * Develop integrations using REST/SOAP services * Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams * Support Agile development, testing, releases, and production improvements * Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions Required Skills * 3+ years of ServiceNow Development experience * ServiceNow CSA certification * Glide API * REST & SOAP integrations * Service Portal / Widget Development * Experience with Incident, Request, or Case Management * ITIL knowledge * English level C1 or higher Nice to Have * CAD or CIS certifications * Financial Services / Banking experience Location Madrid, Spain (Hybrid: 3 days onsite) #J-18808-Ljbffr
