Em Sherif is looking for an experienced and passionate Floor Manager to join our team in Madrid. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant floor and ensure smooth service. * Lead, supervise, and motivate the front-of-house team. * Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain Em Sherif’s high standards. * Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally. * Monitor staff performance, grooming, and adherence to service standards. * Assist with staff training and development. * Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
