ICON seeks a Site Contracts Negotiator II to independently manage clinical trial agreements and budgets across multiple studies. The role involves negotiating contracts with investigator sites, ensuring compliance with sponsor requirements and local regulations, and collaborating with internal teams to support efficient study start-up across European locations.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate site contracts and budgets with investigator sites according to established parameters
- Review and adapt contract language to align with sponsor requirements, local laws, and site needs
- Manage portfolio of contracts, monitor cycle times, and resolve execution barriers
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and project teams to address contractual questions and ensure alignment




- Maintain accurate records of negotiations and executed agreements in relevant systems

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law, business, life sciences, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in site contracting, contracts administration, or related CRO/pharma roles
- Knowledge of clinical trial agreements and budget negotiation principles
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational capabilities
- Fluent in English; French or Portuguese proficiency preferred
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent contracts with meticulous attention to detail
