Our partner is looking for a Direct Response Video Editor based in Spain. Join a fast-paced creative environment where performance, experimentation, and creative volume drive results. As a Direct Response Video Editor, you will primarily produce compelling short-form video ads for paid social platforms while also creating effective static ad creatives to support rapid testing. You will transform user-generated content, testimonials, product demonstrations, and founder-led footage into conversion-focused advertising assets. This role is idóneo for a versatile, performance-minded creative who thrives on speed, continuous iteration, and measurable impact. Accountabilities - Direct response video editing: Produce short-form advertising videos for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms, prioritizing engagement and conversion. - Edit user-generated content, testimonials, product demonstrations, and founder-led videos into compelling, audience-focused ads. - Creative testing and iteration: Develop multiple variations of hooks, calls to action, messaging angles,



and video concepts to support ongoing performance testing. - Use tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Pika, and Descript to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing, and content production. - Create high-converting static creatives for paid social campaigns, adapting layouts, headlines, and offers to generate multiple testable variations. - Use established templates, creative production systems, and inspiration libraries to produce consistent, on-brand assets efficiently. - Gather, organize, and manage user-generated content, stock footage, B-roll, hooks, and other creative materials. - Partner with strategists and growth teams to execute creative concepts aligned with campaign objectives and performance goals. - Performance-driven improvement: Project ownership: Manage multiple creative assignments, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality work within agreed deadlines.
