Edwards Lifesciences seeks an HR Business Leader in Valencia, Spain to serve as strategic partner for assigned business units and regions. This role develops and implements human resources strategy, delivers talent programs, and advises leadership on organizational capabilities and workforce planning.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic HR advisor to client groups, countries, and regions on talent strategy and organizational capability building
- Lead or partner on HR program delivery to address current and future talent requirements
- Analyze workforce trends and metrics to identify training and coaching needs, developing appropriate solutions
- Participate in talent selection, interview processes, and compensation analysis for competitive offers




- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and shared services to evaluate and implement HR initiatives

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field with 12+ years HR experience, or Master's degree with 10+ years HR experience
- Expert knowledge of employment laws, legal compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems
- Strong project management, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with relationship management and influencing capabilities
- Expert negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Strategic business acumen and ability to navigate dynamic environments
