Johnson & Johnson seeks a Business Intelligence trainee to support the Innovative Medicine division in Madrid. The role involves developing business reports, analyzing sales performance, and generating market insights while learning pharmaceutical analytics and data visualization tools.
Responsibilities
- Support development and maintenance of business reports and dashboards tracking sales trends and market metrics
- Conduct Field Force Effectiveness analyses evaluating sales performance indicators and execution metrics
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from internal and external sources for business insights
- Assist with market research project design, execution, and competitive intelligence monitoring
- Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Finance, and Strategy teams on analytical needs and forecasting





Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Healthcare, or Life Sciences
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; Power BI or data visualization tools experience preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities
- Proactive learner with genuine interest in pharmaceutical industry and business intelligence
