- Lead organization of monthly leadership and governance meetings with agenda setting and follow-up tracking
- Plan and execute international travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, visas, and contingency management




- Oversee contract management, purchasing coordination, office setup, and general administrative operations

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, life sciences, or related field
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong business acumen and operational expertise
- Proficiency in governance frameworks and cross-functional project management
