About The Role * Engage high-potential Spanish B2B prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other Inbound channels * Qualify leads by uncovering needs, budget, and decision-making process, then hand off sales-ready opportunities to Account Executives * Act as a subject‑matter expert on Enginy AI's platform, demonstrating its value in optimizing Spanish companies' prospecting workflows * Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging, sequences,



and campaigns tailored to the Spanish market * Track and report key metrics to continuously improve effectiveness * Gather market intelligence (competitor activities, vertical-specific challenges) and feed insights back into product and go-to-market strategy About You Must-have: * Language skills: Advanced level of English and native Spanish. * 1 year of proven B2B SDR or inbound sales experience, ideally within SaaS or technology. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable owning video calls and cold calls. * Solid understanding of B2B prospecting best practices (ICP definition, sequence building, objection handling). * Data‑driven mindset: familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and key metrics (SQLs, DemoGen, conversion rates). * Self‑starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and resilience in navigating a growing startup environment. * Barcelona‑based or open to relocating to our vibrant city.
