Job Description The position is responsible for leading the European Breast Surgery marketing strategy and business performance, driving growth across both the Aesthetic and Reconstruction portfolios, with a particular focus on the GalaFLEX franchise. The role owns the development and execution of marketing plans, commercialization strategies, product launches, market development initiatives, and omnichannel engagement programs to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.



Responsibilities * Develop and lead all aspects of marketing plans in Europe to ensure the achievement of financial/budget expectations and go-to-market strategies, including market sensing, market development and marketing mix. * Lead the successful development and flawless implementation of new product launches and related commercialization plans, strategies and activities.
