* Provide first‑line technical support for inverter and battery‑side products in Pakistan — both remote and on‑site * Diagnose system faults, troubleshoot electrical issues, and coordinate resolutions with HQ engineering * Handle on‑site commissioning, maintenance, and repair as needed * Document cases, elevate recurring issues, and feed field insights back to product & engineering What we're looking for * Solid understanding of inverter and energy storage system working principles * Background in electrical engineering or related field (degree or equivalent hands‑on experience) * Hands‑on experience in first‑line remote and on‑site customer service (ESS / solar / power electronics preferred) * Resilient under pressure — comfortable with high-volume tickets, urgent escalations, and field travel #J-18808-Ljbffr
