The role
You will lead design across two products. The first is a full overhaul of our existing job board, which we are turning into a two-sided talent marketplace for candidates and employers. The second is the Keen ATS, where you will lead the next wave of AI-native features. You sit where product, self-serve growth, marketing and engineering meet.
What you'll do
- Lead the job board to marketplace overhaul. Audit what exists, set the direction, and redesign the candidate and employer journeys with engineering: discovery, matching, applying and hiring.
- Lead innovation in the Keen ATS. Design new features, from AI pre-screening and candidate pipelines to agentic workflows that plug into a hotel's existing ATS.
- Own one design system (tokens, components, patterns) shared by the marketplace and the ATS, so engineering ships
