We are an electricity supplier with over 10 years’ experience in the sector.
We have a vacancy for a customer service and sales role. We are looking for an organised person with a professional manner and good communication skills who enjoys working as part of a team.
The role is based in our offices in Fuengirola, Málaga, and involves working on site from Monday to Friday, 10.00–14.00.
Tasks

Handle incoming telephone calls and emails.
Identify and assess customers’ needs in order to resolve them and ensure their satisfaction.
Follow up on customer enquiries and issues: set up new contracts, update customers’ personal details, send invoices or grant access to the customer portal, amongst other tasks.
Organise and file customer documentation as appropriate.
Collect payments from customers visiting the office.
Contact potential customers to offer them our services
Requirements

Experience in customer service would be an advantage.
Advanced English is essential.
A keen desire to learn and excellent communication skills.
Good organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
