Job Description

TDP member will spend three years as a full-time salary employee in the program, completing three separate professional work assignments geared towards the following potential opportunities:
- Engineering
- Manufacturing
- Quality
- Science & Technology
- Purchasing and Supplier Management
- Supply Chain

Have the opportunity to relocate to various sites globally (according to business need).

Create a personalized development plan to serve as a step-by-step guide towards the experiences, knowledge, and resources necessary to achieve the TDP's career goals.
Obtain training customized to support the TDP's individual growth and development.
Report to a department manager in each assignment who will oversee the day-to-day responsibilities.
Receive leadership training in collaboration with other functional development programs once a year.
Conform to EH&S; management system requirements and compliance obligations, promote continuous improvement, and consider EH&S; aspects during the design and change process. Comply with all EHS procedures and policies including incident reporting, use of PPE, waste management and disposal, and any other program applicable acco
