We're currently looking for a

ServiceNow Developer

to join a leading international consultancy supporting a major banking client in Madrid.
What you'll do

Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions focused on Business Request Catalogues and ticketing processes
Build and enhance Service Portal components, widgets, and forms
Create and improve Script Includes, Business Rules, and Client Scripts
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP services
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
Support Agile development, testing, releases, and production improvements
Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions
Required Skills

3+ years of ServiceNow Development experience
ServiceNow CSA certification
Glide API
REST & SOAP integrations
Service Portal / Widget Development
Experience with Incident, Request, or Case Management
ITIL knowledge
English level C1 or higher
Nice to Have

CAD or CIS certifications
Financial Services / Banking experience
Location

Madrid, Spain (Hybrid: 3 days onsite)
