Pay.
Base: €40,000 to €80,000 (by location and experience)
Variable at target: €80,000 (same for every AE)
On target: €120,000 to €160,000 (at the €400,000 quota, no cap)
Commission: 20% of new ARR to quota, 26% to €520,000, 32% beyond, from the first euro.
First six months: An extra €2,000 a month, advanced against commission, never repaid.
Employment: Settled on the first call, including how our Valencia office applies.
