We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded creative leader to drive profitable customer acquisition for a high-growth direct-to-consumer (DTC) health and wellness business. In this senior role, you’ll own performance creative strategy across multiple products and paid media channels, transforming customer insights and campaign data into high-impact advertising concepts. You will lead internal creative strategists, manage external agency partnerships, and establish a scalable system for creative testing and production. Working closely with Growth and performance marketing teams, you will balance compelling storytelling with measurable commercial results. This fully remote opportunity offers significant influence over creative direction, team development, and acquisition strategy. Accountabilities
Own performance creative strategy: Develop and execute a structured creative testing strategy aligned with customer acquisition targets, product priorities, and profitability goals.
Identify new growth opportunities: Use customer research, audience psychology, competitor analysis, market trends, and performance insights to uncover new messaging angles, customer segments, and advertising formats.
Build a consistent creative pipeline: Balance original concepts, iterations of proven advertisements, refreshed creative assets, and campaigns supporting new product launches.
Lead and develop creative talent: Mentor internal creative strategists, strengthen their commercial judgment, and establish clear expectations for quality, ownership, and accountability.
