Job Description
Starting in September, you will join our HR team as an HR Officer Intern. Join our team and start a new adventure in an international and dynamic environment, where you will be able to fulfill your career expectations in a fast-growing organization. You’ll have the opportunity to work within our Corporate HR department, supporting team members and ensuring smooth HR operations in a multicultural context.
Your missions
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Support the documentation and integration of HR processes and policies
- Help maintain and update HR records, contracts, and confidentiality agreements
- Collaborate with the Academy team to review and develop training modules
- Assist in HR reporting and dashboard creation, gathering and analyzing HR data
- Provide support for payroll inputs and compensation topics
- Address HR-related queries from team members (leaves, compensation, etc.)
- Contribute to the improvement of HR procedures and lean management projects




- Support the organization of internal HR communications and events

Your profile
- Academic background: Master’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- First experience in HR (internship or work-study)
- You demonstrate a strong interest in HR operations and development
- You demonstrate a proactive mindset and strong analytical skills
- French and English fluent
- You demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with generative AI tools is a plus
