Key Responsibilities Act as a primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers regarding high-end vehicle maintenance, features, and automotive technical queries

Maintain detailed case records and documentation within our premium CRM to ensure superior client follow-through
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve logistical and mechanical concerns with professionalism and precision
