Position: Expert Project Manager, Spanish (Spain) - AI Training
Type: Contract
Compensation: $80/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Oct 23 to Nov 19
Commitment: 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Manage delivery for a team of senior domain experts in AI training and evaluation.
Oversee throughput, quality, and expert performance for the Spanish (Spain) cohort.
Coordinate across domains including finance, consulting, law, medicine, STEM, and HR.
Ensure quality control and review workflows are maintained.
Achieve daily delivery targets while managing distributed teams.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
Must-Have
5+ years running delivery programs in expert-data, AI training , or professional-services operations.
Native or fluent in Spanish .
Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
Experience managing distributed teams of senior professionals.
