About The Role
Our sales team keeps rocking each month; as our sales operations specialist,



you will play a big role as part of the sales coordinator function of bridging the needs of sales teams to complete the paperwork process to close the deals.
YOUR MISSION
- Support the Sales and Business Operations team in Europe with administrative matters (e.g., preparation of NDA/MOU, filling up information of vendor information etc).
- Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross‑functional teams.
- Liaise with the legal and finance team advisors on all contract matters.
- Housekeeping of the Salesforce system, including ensuring all new and existing contracts are up to date; also, regular maintenance and clean‑up of data in Salesforce.
