Key Responsibilities
Deliver premium customer assistance via phone, email, and chat for a general client base in the Customer Support Services sector.
Resolve complex inquiries with precision while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.
Act as a brand ambassador,



ensuring consistent communication quality in your native Dutch language.
Document all customer interactions accurately within the internal database to ensure optimal case tracking.
Collaborate with international teams to refine support processes and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
Adapt to evolving product knowledge and service requirements in a fast-paced, modern work environment.
Participate in performance-driven initiatives to consistently meet and exceed operational KPIs.
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong proficiency in English to collaborate within our international corporate structure.
Proven experience in Customer Support Services or a similar client-facing role is highly desirable.
